ITS THIS SCRIPT THATS USED IN EVERY STATE, COLORADO, IDAHO, KANSAS, NEW MEXICO, AND POSSIBLY MORE. IN THE PAST THEY HAVE OPERATED IN ARIZONA AND TEXAS.

You will probably notice the scripts are written full of errors, I'm assuming its to plea for sympathy if they're caught, to say it was a mistake.? It wasn't, they have been making this mistake year after year.

Outreach Marketing uses deceptive word play and lies. When citizens ask straight questions they get dodgy answers, If they don't get direct lies.

BELOW IS A PORTION OF A BUSINESS AGREEMENT FILED WITH NEW MEXICOS ATTORNEY GENERAL EXPOSING CRIMINAL PRACTICES. IF YOU LOOK AT THE SCRIPT ABOVE YOU WILL NOTICE THAT PEOPLE ARE TOLD 100% GOES TO THE KIDS AND BELOW THE PERCENT THE FOP GETS TO PORTION TO THE KIDS IS ONLY 20 OR 30%.

This is the script that was used in Canyon County Idaho in 2016 It works the same way the New Mexico script does and also included is a rebuttal sheet (p6). The only thing that changes in the rebuttals from location to location are the names of the heads of the departments and where the office is located.
