The Major networks refusing to show the Obama video (which is actually a video insulting of several US national elect) while freely offering their own commentary has become a troubling symbol of modern information gatekeeping. They withhold the underlying material (or their acts and writers are so obsessed with giving you narrative driving content they ignore and refuse to give you information. So you hear and see the same stories repeatedly with only rare deviation and that deviation is still a narrative or bias driver of their political position with only rare deviation from those who support their political opinions... its not news its pure and constant opinion)

They are telling the public what to think about it, these institutions violate the fundamental principles of American democracy and free speech. A free people cannot make independent judgments when they are denied access to the very information being debated. This practice treats citizens as passive recipients rather than active participants, encouraging them to accept whatever interpretation the media provides. When the public is told, “We won’t show you, but we’ll tell you what to believe,” the line between reporting and paternalism disappears — and the core promise of an informed, self‑governing society is no more.

In my opinion of the video, Its not racist, its insultory and the Obamas are not the only ones insulted, if we are to be honest, the video depicts the elect as animals, all of them, even trump is a lion who's base instincts control his actions... My perspective of the elect (not the video), is that the elect are animals in a circus who act on impulse and are debase of character and principle, who are prone to the most awful of character traits and value a win or meal for the parties over principle and the people, they have made their likelihood of success in runs for office so narrow that they have created a divide in the American people. It seems so often they stand on the most trivial issues and poorly formed reasoning (absent explanation of it) that it seems they act in a purpose to pass the office to the other party while ensuring they have no longevity in control to bring to fruition the promises they run on.. promises they always fall short of and never exceed. A sever character fault, where they repeatedly lay blame on the public opposition when the fault is theirs and the parties. Instead of mission prioritized issues that place economics and individualists' rights at the core of their missions they deviate into idealisms that exclude Americans.. The media is not alone in its nanny mission to usurp the power of the people, the two parties are questionably at the core in fault, where to reiterate, they stand on a platform absent reasoning and principles and pander to voter groups while ignoring their narrowing likelihood of being able to win and deliver on the promises they make..

(the low paid staffers of every US elect of House and Senate) Maybe its the money of the ad revenue for the News (it would be absurd to believe they have no input on what the shows air, where absence of funding results in cancelation just the same as poor ratings does), Maybe Im missing a more nefarious group of actors, the news are often seen with droopy eyes, constant makeup to cover rashes and bloodshot eyes...

But will they be there to act when you need them? Or will it always be a convenient time for them to pick up the pieces of the destruction and run with them as an opportunity for them to create more of the same... Appropriation of the struggles and works of Americans for their purposes (being to create profit off the ideas and works of Americans while doing none of the work themselves, yes they serve a purpose, but that purpouse is persistently looking more and more like appropriation and pandering and less like a brave duty to report in absence of bias on issues and matters that evoke thought and discussion amongst the people.)... If the American people were business minded they would start requiring the elect of parties to submit predrafted and dual party signed documents with data, research and reasoning attached for every platform they run on.. So that the power reverts back to the people out of the hands of the parties and the major media hustlers... So that a vote is for a goal not a nanny who tells you sorry we cant...)
