[[[THIS IS A ROUGH DRAFT; ITS THINKING APPLIES TO PLENTY ISSUES.. BUT KEEP IN MIND ITS A ROUGH DRAFT]]]]
So for as long as I can remember the US elect bodies and media have been debating on immigration and illegal immigration.
Since the 1990's they have complained about and argued
humanities [in several fashions] and ideas of land right entitlements of Hispanics displaced by the 1800s sale of California to Newmex, etc.
a concept of some god entitlement to land absent any showing of the established religious practice or the gods will the displaced are entitled to it.
They have stated some entitlement to land because of a long history of possessing the land, despite the nomadic nature of the mestizo people and conflicts over land with the Hopi Indians.... despite the complete changing of the land making that way of life impossible and never stated as sought by the millions of Hispanics who have migrated.
The people fleeing from fights for humanities and freedom in their homelands or simply seeking an easier path to the comforts and ease of American living.
They have spoken of the horrors of the new migrants who illegally migrate to the US being raped before they arrive and occasionally being prostituted.
Its strange this issue is mentioned constantly by them, yet it seems irrelevant to the argument against illegal rape victims being less or more illegal and their illegal entry.
They also talk about the drugs, in the 90's it was cocaine and extasy (a single pill could kill) (extasy overdose death was rare; they seem to not have an understanding of drugs so they never mentioned overdoses that don't result in death, and that's still something not discussed) Now fentanyl can kill and does, and this is some how related to illegal immigration despite the likelihood that most drugs trafficked in the US are trafficked by US citizens.
That pretty much sums up the major news and elects arguments of illegal immigration.
But what they never have done is discuss the actual impact of illegal and legal immigration. [ I have also never seen them show complex statistics]
An idea was floated in the 2010s (ish) that migration would result in displacement of the population. The concept was never given critical thinking review.
SO FINALLY AFTER ALL THEIR UNSUPPORTED UNORGANIZED DEFINITIVE REASONS, HERE IS MY OFFERING ON THE MATTER.
What they never did was any research;
No research to show who benefits from migration (legal or illegal) who loses and what long term effects result...
Surely lower class Americans have been disenfranchised by the initial influx of migrants and definitely their American born children, where in 100 yrs the Hispanic population has flourished taking jobs from blacks and whites in California to Texas all the way to Maine. In the Southwest the Hispanic populations went from 5-10% to almost 50% a birth rate not proportional to other American races...
Thats not to say that the country does not benefit from the population increase. There is no research to say if more workers resulted in positive productivity.. (because the parties never did it)
But there is also the issue of the mentality and ethics of people who run from fights of ethical and moral issues to come fight for self-preservation in this nation.
For example the vagrants and criminals of Europe who Americans are descendants of have an ongoing communal practice of cannibalizing their fellow American. The Hispanics who are coming here are on the majority (my experiences) no different. The same uneducated opportunists who just live to survive.
But when it comes time to mechanize and just like blacksmiths being displaced by the invention of cars, there is a fair amount of forward thinking that is not being offered by the government or the media.
Nobody saying that compensatory taxes should be paid by migrants to the Americans they compete with in jobs and business operations..
Nobodys saying that migrants and visa workers should be taxed at a higher rate; with funds of the taxed workers being used to fund educational grants for Americans to perform the jobs we cant fill with current uneducated workers.
[[[ Imagine if visa workers were funding the education of tomorrows American work force in the jobs and industries we expect greatest demand and need in.]]]
Nobody proving an argument either way; maybe that's why they don't debate, they just present a choice absent evidence.
But if you were going to make an educated decision on the subject wouldn't you want to see some research? So if your interested in putting up some data, TJL is always ready to give a reasoning voice a platform.
If you are offended or feel threatened by this search for understanding as it is controversial, I am sorry, but logical thinking and reasoning does not live in wonderland it a conclusion resulting from efforts and endeavors to find answers..
Personally the writer believes that neither side is right because the answer lies in the above stated.. Not undocumented preachings absent consideration for all Americans. Thats not to say you cant do good in idealism, but I don't think you can be right without proof of work and idealism can also have disastrous results. like giving away prosperity or ignoring the potential ally and countryman. [[This is a rough draft]]
